The Property Listing Policy outlines the rules and standards for listing properties on the Bengal Bricks platform.

1. Eligibility to List
Users may list properties if they are:
The legal property owner
An authorized agent or broker
A developer or company representing the property
An individual with documented permission from the owner
Bengal Bricks may request documentation to verify ownership or authorization.

2. Accuracy of Listings
All property listings must contain truthful and accurate information including:
Property location
Property type and size
Ownership or legal status
Realistic and correct pricing
Current availability
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is strictly prohibited.

3. Property Media
Images, videos, and media uploaded must:
Represent the actual property
Not be misleading or manipulated
Be owned by the uploader or authorized for use
Stock photos or unrelated images may result in listing removal.

4. Prohibited Listings
The following listings are not allowed on Bengal Bricks:
Properties involved in legal disputes
Properties without ownership proof
Illegal land or encroached land
Duplicate listings of the same property
Fraudulent or misleading listings
Bengal Bricks reserves the right to remove such listings immediately.

5. Listing Review and Verification
Bengal Bricks may:
Review listings before publishing
Request verification documents
Mark listings as “verified” after validation
Listings that fail verification may be removed.

6. Listing Duration
Property listings may remain active for a specified duration depending on the listing package or service plan.
Expired listings may be removed or require renewal.

7. Listing Removal
Bengal Bricks reserves the right to remove any listing that:
Violates platform policies
Receives credible fraud complaints
Contains inappropriate content
Breaches legal regulations
Users may also request removal of their own listings.
